Recruitment

In a competitive market, attracting and retaining top talent is crucial. The Thinking Pattern Profile aids in recruiting by identifying candidates whose decision-making talent aligns with the job role and your organizational values.

Strategic Decision-Making

Thoughts drive actions, and actions create results. We often try to make changes by looking at what went wrong in the outcome. By understanding and transforming your thinking style and process that leads to the decision, you can achieve the change you desire.

Employee/ Leadership
Development

True leadership starts with self-awareness. The Thinking Pattern Profile offers deep insights into your own thinking patterns, helping you understand your decision-making strengths and vulnerabilities. Through coaching we leverage these insights to increase performance and minimise the cost of mistakes.

Coaching Protocol

Phase 1:
Discovery and Development Planning

Preferred tools:
Customized 360
Thinking Pattern Profile™ (Hartman Institute Axiometrics Value Profile, or AVP)

Phase 2:
1:1 Coaching Sessions and Accountability

One-hour coaching sessions can be held in person, through Skype/Facetime, or over the phone. Standard coaching arrangements consist of 6-12 sessions, along with check-in meetings with the coaching sponsor.

Phase 3:
Final Assessment and Ongoing Development

A final coaching session marks the close of the formal coaching engagement. In this session, we will reflect on two questions: 'Was the coaching successful?' and 'How will the coachee ensure continued success?'
